The Company Relations department is responsible for contacts in the business world and with public institutions that contribute significantly to the financing of the Mannheim Forum.
From acquisition to support, you have the opportunity to work with renowned and internationally respected companies and, as a contact person, to create the basis for sustainable contacts for the Mannheim Forum and for yourself.
Digital processes and IT
Does IT sound boring to you? Then you don't know our team yet!
Our tasks include web and app design as well as the design of promo videos and advertising technology. In addition, we work on bringing the congress on site to a new level in terms of media and, last but not least, ensuring the data structure and internal communication channels of the team.
Event and Logistics
You have creative ideas for new locations, enjoy planning team events and you are full of energy to make our congress more memorable than ever?

Human Ressources & Participants
The team is important to you and you want all participants to feel comfortable during the congress? In addition, you like to be in contact with many people?
Besides taking care of the admission of members, the Human Resources & Participants department contributes to the organisation of team events and the planning of the congress from the participants' perspective. During the congress, we are the contact persons for the participants and make sure that everyone feels well taken care of.
Marketing
Whether it's designing campaigns, researching for reports, designing graphics and flyers or putting content on our social media channels - here, every creative mind can let off steam to their heart's desire.
You will also be involved in the design of the magazine that every participant will hold in their hands at the end.
Speaker Acquisition & Conception of Content
Create a lasting impression at the Mannheim Forum by deciding on which topics will be discussed in panel discussions, workshops and lectures and which speakers will be present.
Thereby, you can get in touch with important personalities from politics, business, science and the media and experience them up close and personal during the event while taking care of them.
